About
Dr. J. Thad Harless is a husband (to Rachel), father of 3 (Eden, Karter, and Flint), pastor, author and church consultant. Academically, before Dr. Harless came to Piedmont International University as an adjunct professor he began his teaching career at Tennessee Temple University in the same position.

Professionally, Dr. Harless is the senior pastor of the multisite, New Life Christian Church in Morton, Illinois, a suburb area of Peoria, IL. Dr. Harless has specialized professionally in revitalizing churches and ministries in states ranging from New Mexico in the southwest, to Virginia in the east, to Alabama in the southeast before being called to Illinois and New Life. Dr. Harless is published and has spoken at academic and church conferences/events and looks forward to a life well lived in serving the Lord and loving his family.
