Conference Room Use

  • The Student Conference Room is available to the following groups (in order of priority of use):
    • Student groups, meeting for academic or associational purposes
    • Auxiliary classroom for small groups
    • School meetings
    • Administrative Committee Meetings
    • Other purposes as approved by the Library
  • The room does not need to be reserved to use, but priority will be given to those who reserve the room. The room may be reserved by contacting the Library.
  • Food and beverages are permitted, but all debris must be removed from the room.
  • Any monies necessary for cleanup or repair will be incurred by the party who reserved the room.
  • The room should be left as it was found.
  • The room should not be treated as entrance to the Library.
