Ken Bandy has been a follower of Jesus for over 40 years. A first generation college student, he discovered a love for learning at Cedarville University and has since continued learning through numerous formal and informal academic programs. Currently, he is pursuing a graduate degree in philosophy. Ken worked in the public sector as a contract administrator, cost analyst, and director before turning to higher education. In academia he has served as faculty member, program director, college dean, associate dean of academic affairs, and vice president of academic affairs with 8 different institutions. Ongoing research interests consider ontological and epistemological issues in contemporary organizational theory.

Ken, his wife, Stacey, and their 2 children have crisscrossed the country, mostly to pursue opportunities in their respective careers, but also partly in search of the best cheeseburgers.
