Upon getting married and relocating to the Athens, GA area, he began to pursue his Doctorate of Education from Walden University where he completed his doctoral study and dissertation defense in November 2015.

Dr. Bracewell has taught mostly middle grades science and math courses, but has also taught some language arts and reading courses as well. Dr. Bracewell has recently relocated to the Canton, NC area where he will be teaching high school physical science in Waynesville this fall. He is passionate about teaching science with the position that God is the author of life and should be given the glory for His creation. Dr. Bracewell enjoys speaking to groups in both church and school settings where he presents the Gospel through the Creation account and uses practical scientific evidence for supporting God’s infallible, inerrant, and inspired Word.

Dr. Bracewell is a Georgia and North Carolina-certified public educator in all middle grades areas as well as high school science. He is also a certified public school administrator and hopes to enter into a leadership role as God provides the right opportunity in His timing. Dr. Bracewell is also currently working with both Liberty University Online Academy and Lernsys Education, Inc. while teaching and writing courses for both institutions.

Dr. Bracewell has been married to his lovely wife, Briana, for ten years and they are expecting child number four (their first girl) this October. They have three sons: Watson (5), Ridge (3 ½), and Griffin (14 months).
