Submit your 500 word autobiographical essay

  • Discuss what has led you to want to be a student in your selected program. Include such aspects as your Christian experience, relevant work/ministry experience, personal and professional interests, and capacity for academic initiative and discipline.
  • Can be submitted to admissions@piedmontu.edu

Submit names/emails for two letters of recommendation

  • Submit one name/email for a Pastor's reference and the other from a professional resource (friend, co-worker, etc). No letters should come from relatives.

Submit official transcripts

Submit your official transcripts ​from all secondary and post-secondary schools attended. World Education Services evaluations are required for international transcripts.

The minimum score for admittance is a paper-based score of 500, computer-based score of 173, or internet-based score of 61.

Acceptance is contingent upon the following:

  • PIU has received on deposit the funds in US dollars to cover the cost of the first year of study – tuition, fees, room and board.
  • PIU has received acceptable documentation confirming availability of funds for books, personal expenses and future semesters of study.
