John Wesley School of Leadership Graduate Degrees

In 2015, Piedmont International University merged with Tennessee Temple University and added to its rich history of equipping Christian leaders through the addition of the John Wesley School of Leadership. Students in PIU’s John Wesley School of Leadership study subjects such as organizational change, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence.

PIU’s School of Leadership offers three concentrations:

  • Organizational Management
  • Educational Administration
  • Ministry Administration

Graduates from the School of Leadership hold national and international positions in corporate organizations, churches, church ministries, non-profits, educational institutions, and government agencies. Ph.D. in Leadership

Piedmont’s Ph.D. in Leadership program is designed for students seeking to earn their doctorate in organizational leadership. Rooted in the Christian worldview, this accredited program aims to equip men and women to be transformational, Christlike leaders at the highest level to build up the Kingdom and grow their organizations for the glory of God.

M.A. in Leadership

The Master of Arts in Leadership is designed for students seeking faith formation and a graduate-level leadership education steeped in the Christian worldview. This accredited program prepares graduates for leadership roles in secular workplaces, churches, ministries, and other organizations.
