Undergraduate Admissions Checklist

We're excited that you've applied with us! Evaluating an application means assessing the academic, intellectual, spiritual, and personal contributions a student can make to our University and mission. When finishing your application, we ask that you:

 

Submit your personal testimony, and schedule an interview

  • Testimonies are 200 words, or less, describing how you came to know Christ and why coming to PIU would be beneficial for you.
  • Interviews can be done on campus during your tour, or over the phone.
  • Interviews focus on personal goals, familiarity with PIU, and the individual character. Be yourself!
  • Interviews last approximately 25 minutes
  • You can schedule an interview by calling (336)714-7908

 

Submit your signed Admissions Agreement, OR submit two letters of recommendation.

  • The Admissions Agreement will be reviewed during your interview
  • Submit one reference from a Pastor and the other from a professional resource. No letters should come from relatives.

 

 

Submit your official transcripts from all schools (high school/college) attended sent via certified PDF to admissions@piedmontu.edu or mailed to:

Submit your official ACT or SAT scores using www.act.com. or www.collegeboard.com. If you include our school code when taking the ACT/SAT, scores will be sent directly to PIU.
