Kaleb Money

Head Women's Basketball & Volleyball Coach



Coach Kaleb Money joins Piedmont International University with seven total years of coaching experience ranging from middle school to varsity high school level and he is a Gold Certified Coach through the USA Basketball Program. From 2009-2012, Coach Money was the head coach for the middle school boy’s team at Gospel Light Christian School, where he led them to three straight winning seasons (52-11). During this time, he also served as the associate head coach for the varsity men’s program.

Coach Money most recently worked at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School where he served four years as the varsity men’s assistant coach. Bishop McGuinness saw winning seasons and playoff appearances in each of his four seasons on staff; including a trip to the Sweet 16 in the NCHSAA 1A State Playoffs in the 2016-17 season.

Kaleb has also spent valuable time in the AAU circuit at the 14U and 17U Travel level for the NC Spartans organization.  Prior to his coaching success, Coach Money was a student athlete at Gospel Light Christian School where he played for New York State High School Hall of Famer, Wes Somerville. In his senior season, Coach Money was a team captain on the team that won the NCCSA 3A State Championship. We are happy to welcome Kaleb and his wife Kristen Bethea Money to the PIU Bruin family.
